The basic principle of our department is the implementation of a modern management and organization education program supported by economics, finance and computer science. Business administration and logistics education provided by our department covers not only business science and techniques but also other areas relevant to and necessary for the study of a modern management and organization education.

Department of  Management and Organization students learn leadership, management, team building, communication, sales management and business management skills needed in business, effciciently and effectively. Through this education, they can can be employed according to their interests and capabilities in the service, manufacturing and commercial industries. The quality of education of The Department of Management and Organization is recognized, known and respected in both national and international arenas. The Department of  Management and Organization offers two associate degree programs: business administration and logistics. 

The department consists of innovative, internationally experienced young and dynamic experts in their fields of study. Our academic staff has a respected position in both national and international academic arenas and they have been contributing to this area with their studies including theoretical and management implications.

Vision: Enabling the implementation of the many services on the local and regional nature of the country and brought up the importance of a growing local government agencies and producing projects for local authorities and services to meet the skilled labor requirements, researchers, train staff has the ability to apply modern management techniques.
